(WGTD)---An apparent re-examination of existing evidence in a cold case in Racine has led to the filing of a murder charge against an 83-year-old man.

Fred Wagner-Richardson appeared in court Monday where bond was set at $50,000.

Barca to Step Down as Revenue Dept. Secretary

The departure comes amid reports that the Kenosha Democrat may try to take on Republican Bryan Steil in the 1st congressional district this fall.
